Investment Operations Manager

We are working on a search for an Investment Ops Manager to join a highly regarded investment management firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong investment operations background who wants broader ownership across complex asset classes and investment structures. It’s an ideal next step for an experienced operations professional who wants to lead a team, take ownership of critical investment processes, and gain broader exposure within a sophisticated investment environment.

The team is looking for someone experienced and polished, with prior management experience, but still hands-on enough to understand the day-to-day details of loan servicing, cash and position reconciliations, corporate actions, trade activity, and break resolution. This person will also play an important role in improving workflows, resolving data quality issues, supporting new investment activity, and managing relationships with banks, custodians, administrators, and other external partners.
