Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Legal & Compliance team of a highly regarded private investment firm. This is a broad, business-facing role with meaningful ownership across the compliance program and regular exposure to senior leadership and teams across Investor Relations, Finance, IT, and Investments.

The role is ideal for someone with investment management compliance experience who wants more ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to help improve and scale a sophisticated compliance function.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CCO on Form ADV, Form PF, and other regulatory filings
• Help enhance the firm’s compliance testing program
• Review marketing materials, DDQs, and investor communications
• Administer Code of Ethics processes and related compliance systems
• Support employee onboarding, training, and recurring compliance requirements
• Monitor investment activity against side letters, restrictions, and regulatory requirements
• Partner across Legal, IR, Finance, IT, and investment teams on compliance projects
• Identify opportunities to improve controls, workflows, and processes

What You Bring

• Compliance experience within financial services
• Private fund adviser, private equity, credit, or alternatives experience strongly preferred
• Experience with compliance testing and marketing review
• Familiarity with Form ADV, Form PF, and Code of Ethics administration
• Strong judgment, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and across teams
• Practical, process-oriented mindset with strong issue-spotting skills
