Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Base Salary: $115,000 - $150,000

We’re partnering with a well-established global technology company that’s looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its FP&A team. This is a highly analytical role focused on understanding what is driving business performance, identifying opportunities to improve margins and profitability, and partnering with the business to turn analysis into action. It’s an ideal fit for an FP&A or operational finance professional who enjoys digging deeper than the numbers, challenging assumptions, and influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue, margin, pricing, and cost performance.
  • Identify the key drivers behind financial and operational results.
  • Build models and business cases around profitability and improvement opportunities.
  • Challenge forecast, pricing, and cost assumptions using data.
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to help drive measurable business results.

Your Background

  • Relevant progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, operational finance, or accounting experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience with margin, pricing, profitability, or cost analysis strongly preferred.
  • Background within a complex corporate or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
