Fund Finance & Accounting Manager (Global M&A)

Base Salary: $140,000 - $165,000
We are seeking a Manager to join the finance team of a leading global investment firm in a broad, high-visibility role supporting its international business. This person will work closely with senior finance leaders and teams across the organization, helping oversee financial operations, improve reporting and processes, and support the business as it continues to grow.
The role has a strong accounting foundation, but it is not limited to close and reporting. You’ll also get exposure to forecasting, planning, international finance, process improvement, and a variety of projects that touch different parts of the organization. It’s a strong opportunity for someone coming from Big 4 audit or advisory who wants to move in-house, take real ownership, and build a broader finance skill set over time.

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of accounting and financial reporting across a portfolio of global entities and jurisdictions
- Lead key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close while reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Serve as a primary finance partner to international teams, helping solve accounting issues and keep global reporting processes moving efficiently
- Gain exposure to US GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting, intercompany activity, cash management, tax, and audit matters across a sophisticated global structure
- Work closely with senior finance leadership on financial analysis, business performance, and ad hoc strategic initiatives
- Expand beyond traditional accounting through exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and broader finance projects
- Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, external accounting providers, and cross-functional business partners
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve how the finance organization operates
- Become a go-to resource within the team while helping manage priorities and drive projects from start to finish
What You Bring
- Relevant accounting experience
- Big 4 / Big 10 audit or accounting advisory experience strongly preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, close, and reconciliation experience
- Multi-entity or international experience is a plus
- Commercial clients or investment management exposure is helpful but not required
- Strong Excel, communication, and project management skills
