Your Role & Impact
- Conduct financial analysis on companies and their securities across a life sciences and ESG-focused portfolio
- Identify industry trends and performance drivers to support investment decision-making
- Enhance and streamline reporting procedures to improve efficiency and insightfulness
- Manage relationships with third-party administrators for US GAAP reporting, cash flow management, and annual tax preparation
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support financial and operational initiatives
- Leverage the firm’s global platform and industry expertise to contribute to public and private investment efforts
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in public audit, assurance, or accounting (Big 4 preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce reliable workpapers for external use
- Proficient in Excel, able to manipulate data and generate insights efficiently
- Passionate about working in a high-energy, collaborative team environment
