Job Description

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks), ensuring compliance with US GAAP
  • Technical Accounting: Research and interpret accounting guidance, provide recommendations on transaction treatment, and document findings to support financial reporting accuracy
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Execute and enhance SOX 404 controls, working closely with internal audit and external auditors to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance teams, business stakeholders, and auditors to streamline processes, implement system improvements, and support special projects
  • Process & System Enhancements: Leverage technology to optimize reporting workflows, document existing and new processes, and support ERP system updates and implementations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • CPA required
  • 2+ (for Senior) or 5+ (for Manager) years of relevant experience, preferably Big 4 audit with exposure to technical accounting (ASC 606, 842, etc.) and SEC reporting (10K/Q)
