Compensation: $135,000 – $150,000 base + bonus & profit sharing + excellent benefits

Overview
A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking a performance and portfolio analytics professional to support its expanding Private Credit platform. This individual will work cross-functionally with Investment Teams, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Finance, and Operations to deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and track record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance key performance and portfolio metrics across Private Credit strategies.
- Conduct portfolio- and strategy-level analyses for internal use, LP requests, and prospect due diligence.
- Prepare and manage the firm’s Private Credit track record; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc LP, consultant, and diligence requests.
- Uphold data integrity across internal systems, workflows, and databases; identify areas for process improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5+ years in performance measurement, portfolio analytics, or investment reporting.
- Private credit experience required, including familiarity with credit terms, market structure, and LP/consultant reporting expectations.
- Understanding of GIPS and performance measurement methodologies.
- Experience with Statements of Investments (SOI) or track record preparation a plus.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel; strong with large datasets.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI/Fabric (DAX) preferred or willingness to learn quickly.

- High attention to detail; proactive, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities.
Education
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CFA/CAIA a plus.
