Manager, Finance Optimization and Transformation

A rapidly growing, globally recognized financial consulting firm is building out its Finance Transformation practice, focused on optimizing core finance processes and improving how CFO organizations operate. They are looking to add talent across the U.S at the Consultant through Director level.

This team partners directly with finance leadership to redesign and modernize functions across close, reporting, working capital, and forecasting. The group is made up almost entirely of former Big 4 professionals and is looking to bring on individuals from similar backgrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with CFOs and finance leadership to assess current-state processes and design future-state operating models
• Lead and support initiatives across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and FP&A
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to improve reporting, controls, and cash flow
• Support ERP and finance system initiatives including selection, implementation, and optimization
• Build and execute transformation roadmaps across people, process, and technology

What They’re Looking For

• Background within Big 4 consulting (required)
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or advisory
• Exposure to core finance functions (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or analytics platforms is a plus
