Partner Operations Associate – top PE Firm

Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
We are looking for an operations associate to join a highly regarded global alternative investment platform. This role sits within a specialized internal finance group that supports senior partners with investment reporting, treasury activity, and operational oversight across a broad range of alternative investment vehicles.
You’ll play a hands-on role in investment reporting, cash and capital activity, and coordination with external managers and administrators, while partnering closely with internal teams across finance, tax, legal, and operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented early-career professional coming from financial services, public accounting, or a related finance role who wants broad exposure to alternative investments in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investment reporting, including valuation and performance summaries
- Manage cash and capital activity, including investment wires, liquidity movements, and reconciliations
- Serve as a point of contact with external fund managers and administrators for reporting and information requests
- Support new investment onboarding, including documentation, tracking commitments, and system setup
- Reconcile capital activity and partner with internal accounting teams to ensure accuracy across reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, compliance, and operations
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within reporting and operational workflows
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, finance, or financial services (public accounting or asset management exposure a plus)
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze data accurately
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external parties
- Strong interest in the operational and financial side of alternative investments
