SEC Reporting Manager – Top Private Equity Firm

Day-to-Day

• Prepare, review, and compile quarterly and annual SEC filings and investor reports
• Collect, validate, and document financial statement support and related disclosures
• Reconcile ledger to source information, analyze variances, and identify key drivers
• Coordinate internal and external reviews of financial statements and footnotes
• Support ad-hoc projects and special requests from leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, risk management, investor relations, and finance operations

Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred
• Financial reporting (SEC reporting) or accounting experience, ideally within financial services
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; this role will have regular interaction with senior leadership
