Senior Associate, Project Management | Top-tier PE firm (Boston)

Base Salary: $120,000 - $135,000
A highly regarded global investment firm is hiring a Senior Associate, Project Management to join its Project Management Office (PMO). Position Overview
The Senior Associate will lead and deliver a variety of technology and business initiatives that span multiple teams across the firm. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project ownership, structured execution, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will manage full project lifecycles from planning and stakeholder alignment through delivery, communication, and post-implementation review.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects with a focus on technology and business transformation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Manage scope, risks, resources, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive alignment across Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
- Contribute to the enhancement of PMO processes, governance, and delivery standards.
Candidate ProfileRequired Experience
- Project management experience with true end-to-end ownership.
- Experience leading technology or system implementation projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure, organization, and clear execution plans to complex initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
- Agile / Scrum exposure
- PMP and/or MBA
