Senior Financial Analyst – Decision Support (Semiconductors & AI Infrastructure)

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Origin Staffing is partnering with an established global business serving technology and industrial markets to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its finance team to support strategic decision support for the organization. The company participates in the broader semiconductor ecosystem supporting advances in AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure.

Broad Responsibilities
- Planning and forecasting: Help update financial expectations, evaluate assumptions, and explain how changes in business activity could affect future results.
- Business analysis: Connect financial performance to commercial and operational activity, investigate unexpected trends, and identify areas for further attention.
- Decision support: Develop models and evaluate alternatives that help business partners improve profitability, manage costs, and prioritize initiatives.
- Leadership reporting: Prepare clear analysis and presentations that explain what happened, why it matters, and what actions the business should consider.
- Process improvement: Help make reporting more consistent and useful by improving models, organizing information, and strengthening the quality of supporting data.
- Cross-functional partnership: Build relationships with colleagues across Finance and the business, follow through on recommendations, and contribute to shared team priorities.
Qualifications
- Progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, or relevant accounting, advisory and analytical roles.
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to investigate a business question and explain your findings clearly.
- Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, or finance process improvement.
- Interest in understanding how a business operates and how financial analysis can influence decisions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with finance and non-finance colleagues.
- Experience in a technology, manufacturing, industrial, or other product-based business is helpful. Public accounting or advisory experience is also valued.
- Curiosity, initiative, and openness to feedback, with a desire to learn from experienced leaders and take on increasing responsibility.
