- Partner/MD progression is a realistic path for consistent performers who want leadership and client ownership
Role scope:
- Lead transformation engagements that improve how finance operates day-to-day, from diagnostic and redesign through implementation support and sustained adoption

- Modernize planning and performance management (FP&A) through better forecasting, reporting, analytics, and decision support that business leaders actively use
- Support finance technology initiatives including system assessment/selection, ERP and finance system implementation support, and program governance to ensure initiatives land successfully
- Build client-ready deliverables (assessment findings, operating model recommendations, process maps, roadmaps, business cases, KPI frameworks, and executive presentations)
- Lead workstreams with strong project management discipline across stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, risks, and quality control
- Mentor and develop junior talent; contribute to internal practice building through repeatable methods, templates, and thought leadership as you grow

- Flexibility: remote-first delivery model with optional office/community connection if desired
- Upside: compensation structure designed to reward effort (overtime bonus) plus long-term incentive/equity opportunity
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in finance transformation / advisory / consulting (or comparable industry transformation experience with meaningful scope and leadership)
- Experience leading workstreams in one or more areas such as order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, FP&A, finance operating model, performance management, or finance systems/ERP enablement
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders to decisions with clarity and credibility
- Project management skills: prioritization, multi-tasking, delivery under deadlines, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and the ability to develop clear, actionable insights
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members; interest in practice development is a plus
- CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required (strong, relevant advisory delivery experience is most important)
