Senior Corporate Paralegal – Great Comp

Overview

We are recruiting for a corporate paralegal position for a well-established investment firm. The team is seeking a candidate who is eager to ramp up on the complexities of providing legal support to the public investments group. There is an excellent training and onboarding program in place, with a Manager and Director above who love to teach! Almost everyone on this paralegal team came from a different legal support specialization.

This is a wonderful cross functional position that supports internal & external counsel; as well as a partner. The position interacts with other groups at the investment firm, such as procurement, investor relations and finance.

The team is very caring and values long term fit. The group regularly has team building outings and lunches with leadership.

• Responsibilities involve providing legal operations support around entity management and regulatory filings, as well as supporting transactions, KYC compliance, and deal documentation.
• Above market compensation package (~ $120k-$135k all in): Competitive base salary + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing + occasional overtime + many other perks.
