Senior Manager – Fund Finance & Reporting

We’re partnering with a large, highly rewarding asset manager that is looking to add a Senior Manager-level professional to a key oversight team supporting a growing alternatives platform. This role will focus on a mix of product oversight, fund lifecycle support, accounting coordination, and financial / regulatory reporting across alternative investment strategies including private equity, private credit, and real assets.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who brings deep alternatives experience and wants a broader, more strategic seat with visibility across multiple parts of the business. The position works closely with teams across finance, fund operations, risk, compliance, technology, and investment teams, making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys complex, cross-functional work in a sophisticated asset management environment.

What they’re looking for

• Relevant experience in asset management, alternatives, fund accounting, product oversight, or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of private equity, private credit, real estate / real assets, and other alternative investment structures
• Experience with financial reporting, oversight, controls, governance, and operational risk frameworks
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple business groups
• Accounting background and/or CPA is a plus
