Director, Alternative Investment Fund Finance – $265k+ total package
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Workspace Type: Hybrid
Base Salary: $160,000 - $170,000
We are partnering with a large, well established investment platform on a Director level opportunity within its alternative investment fund finance and oversight function.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a growing and evolving alternatives platform, with exposure to private credit, private equity, real estate, and related investment products. The position sits at the intersection of fund oversight, financial statement review, regulatory reporting, operational readiness, and new product launches, making it an especially attractive opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical depth and broad cross functional exposure.

It is an excellent fit for someone who wants to remain close to complex investment products while also gaining broader organizational visibility and long term career optionality.
The broader platform is also known for its excellent culture, strong work life balance, hybrid flexibility, and exceptional overall benefits. The environment offers meaningful long term growth, generous paid time off, strong healthcare coverage, retirement benefits, parental leave, tuition assistance, and a reputation for being a high quality long term home.
