Director, Alternative Investment Fund Finance – $265k+ total package

We are partnering with a large, well established investment platform on a Director level opportunity within its alternative investment fund finance and oversight function.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of alternative investment products across private credit, private equity, real estate, and related structures
• Review financial statements, fund reporting, and related deliverables in coordination with internal teams and external service providers
• Support regulatory reporting and filing processes
• Partner across teams on new product launches, fund changes, and operational readiness initiatives
• Identify issues, assess root causes, and help drive remediation and process improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance, legal, compliance, risk, operations, technology, and investment teams

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in alternative investments, fund accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting
• Strong understanding of alternative investment products, with experience in private credit, private equity, real estate, or related structures
• Experience reviewing financial statements, fund reporting, or NAV related outputs
• Exposure to regulatory reporting and filings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business units
• CPA or public accounting background is a plus
