  • Build your brand with this highly visible role and build cross-functional partnerships with M&A, Asset Management, Finance, and various business partners
  • Reporting directly to an awesome VP & Collaborating closely with the SVP to manage daily accounting operations for a portfolio of CRE properties (e.g., cash management, loan compliance, CAM recovery), drive new joint ventures through the preparation of financial reports, consolidations, and waterfall models; and support the M&A team on new acquisitions through the review of due diligence materials and key documents; plus other special projects as needed (e.g., process improvements, automation)

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar (required)
  2. 4+ years of applicable experience – experience may come from property accounting for commercial real estate / asset manager, public accounting for commercial real estate clients, or a combination of the two (residential real estate will be considered, but some commercial real estate experience is required)
  3. Experience using MRI (a plus)
